CCHS is a 501c3 non profit organization contracted with the county to carry out Animal Control. We are located in a poor, rural county. We do, however, attempt to be progressive. No animal is released unless spayed or neutered. We offer low cost spay neuter programs. We have a growing volunteer base. We have volunteer trainers who work with our dogs. We are always in GREAT need of everything, and operate on a shoestring. But, we love our animals and do the best we can by them. - Read more
