(Animal Protection And Welfare Society) - http://apawspets.org/ APAWS is a 501(c)3 all-breed, all volunteer organization dedicated to ensuring that all pet animals in and around the Baton Rouge area live in homes which provide for all of the animal’s physical and emotional needs for their lifetime. Because we do not have a building all of our animals are in foster homes where volunteers provide shelter and love to cats and dogs who have been injured, abandoned or thrown away.
