We are an animal welfare organization who believes that no pet should be homeless. We rehome dogs, and offer training for recently rehomed dogs and dogs exhibiting behaviors that risk them from being rehomed. We have a Canine College program for our volunteers to teach them how to train dogs the "Our Companions Way" through positive reinforcement. Poodle Rescue of New England is an all-volunteer 501 (c)( 3) non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of homeless Poodles within Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island only. All dogs receive necessary medical care, are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested and vaccinated. We evaluate each dog to ensure a long and loving relationship between Poodle and new owner.
